The role
Passionate about championing the customer voice? As Customer Voice Specialist, you’ll be responsible for keeping our customers’ voices at the heart of everything we do. You’ll develop ways to capture customer feedback across all service areas, making sure it informs everything that we plan, deliver and improve on, both at strategic and local level. You’ll draw corporate insight from comments, feedback and complaints, to truly understand the wants and needs of our customers.
